July Shows We Recommend in Chicago & Atlanta

by That Guy on July 1, 2010

Well, Taste of Chicago is going full throttle at the beginning of July, and I’m still waiting for someone to tell me something other than how horrible it is. I’ve probably talked to 100 people about Taste of Chicago during my time here, and not one person has good things to say about it. Yet somehow it draws over 3 million people annually. You figure it out. It’s kind of like those survey results you see on the news. They always manage to survey tens of thousands of people, yet somehow I’ve never talked to anyone who has been surveyed. You’d think after 30 years on this earth and seeing thousands of survey results, I or someone I know would have been surveyed by now. They must be surveying the same people who love Taste of Chicago.
