Harlem Shakes guitarist up in ARMS, starts new band, releases mp3

ARMS is a band started by Todd Goldstein, guitarist for Brooklyn’s Harlem Shakes and he just released the title track “Kids Aflame” off their upcoming debut.

The album started out as a lo-fi bedroom project and Kids Aflame will now get a proper US release via Gigantic Music (The Walkmen, Harlem Shakes).

Harlem Shakes

Brooklyn’s Harlem Shakes will release their debut LP, Technicolor Health, on March 24th via Gigantic Records. They’ll also be stopping by SxSW 2009 to play a party that your favorite blog is hosting. I’m talking about us. HearYa. Dot Com.

If you’ll be in Austin on Wednesday, you should stop by The Paradise on 6th between the hours of 11am and 2am. That’s how long the party will be and we’ve got an INCREDIBLE lineup. And Free beer. More details to come.
