Lillie Mae is set to release the follow up to release the follow up to 2017’s excellent Forever and Then Some. Lillie plays an honest brand of Americana and is one of the better fiddle players you’ll come across. I caught a set that year at SXSW and came away a fan. Lucky for me, I’ll be seeing her on Sunday in Milwaukee. Here’s some more info from the PR team.

With the release of new single “Terlingua Girl,” Lillie Mae reveals a second, stunning and spine-tingling glimpse into sophomore album Other Girls, out August 16th on Third Man Records. Set in a wild West-Texan ghost town and written during her days as a nomadic 19-year-old, the song recounts another self-awakening behind an LP of reclaimed strength, produced by Dave Cobb in Nashville’s RCA Studio A.
