Lots of people like the Bon Iver album and it's currently running number 3 in my poll of polls for 2008 behind Fleet Foxes & TV on the Radio (based on 'Q', 'Mojo', The Observer newspaper and 'Rolling Stone'. My personal album of the year is 'Bring Yo Ass To The Table' from Left Lane Cruiser. Great drum 'n' slide band (is that a new genre I just invented?). Tony in the UK Good list. And—yes! The Everybodyfields and Bon Iver were both groups I discovered in '08 and wished I'd known of earlier. So too was Glossary's <a href="http://www.glossary.us/the-better-angels-of-our-nature-free-download/" rel="nofollow">better angels of our nature</a>, which you can download free on their site. Brilliant alt-country stuff from a group I've really been enjoying. I’ve just discovered this blog, and man, am I ever glad. I’ve consistently enjoyed the stuff you guys are putting up.
