Who Sings the Reebok Migration Commercial Song?

by oz on August 4, 2008

Other than the Most Interesting Man In The World commercials, my favorite commercial on television is “Join the Migration” by Reebok. The song keeps getting stuck in my head, so I searched the world wide web to find out who sings it.

It’s “Train Song” by folk singer Vashti Bunyan. Apparently she’s the “godmother of freak folk.” I had no idea.

And just where are the Cowboys? Do they have deserts like that in Texas?‚  I’ve been all over the state and only recollect the tumbleweed-ridden west Texas, where the Permian Bulldogs play under Friday night lights.

The Reebok Migration commercial is one of my favorites at the moment also. Thanks for finding out the singer and song. I think the Cowboys hold training camp in California, so I’m guessing they are walking through California desert in the commercial.

I am greatly disappointed with the Cowboys segment of the Migration commercial. Why are they the only ones that are stumbling around? No one else is falling over themselves. They deserve a lot better than this from Reebok.
