Rod Stewart - So Much Sass

That’s right, ponies. I don’t mind this guy after all. I was listening to some of his tracks recently and I found them to be exceptionally sassy. Check out this sampling of lyrics from my favorite song of his, “Tonight’s the Night”:

He sings with such passion! He won’t be denied, and I admire that. Has there ever been a more disturbing song in the history of earth?
I also find myself singing “Some Guys Have All the Luck” by Rodney and am always awestruck by its incredible music styling. It starts out with the requisite strange 80’s keyboard intro that sets the mood, almost whispering to me, “Let’s get weird, Drinking Buddy. I mean really weird.” After you get through the first chorus, a surprise awaits you. Rod hits that high note, and just starts giving you a little “Wooo ooh ooh, Wooh ooh ooh-ooh, Woo-ooh.” Sing that to yourself a couple times and tell me you don’t smile. Tell me! Picture his hair if you don’t smile on the first try.
Another great song by Rod the God is “Young Turks”. I don’t even know what it’s about, but who sings about Young Turks? Is he talking about people from Turkey? Young Turks is unfathomably good.
And my last favorite thing about Rod Stewart is his daughter, Kim Stewart. She married Talan Torriero (I spelled that right on the first try without looking it up – scary) from Laguna Beach for Pete’s sake, the worst guy in the history of reality television. Magnificent.
In conclusion, Rod is truly an amazing man with an amazing family and even better music stylings. Re-familiarize yourself with his work when you have the chance. It’s uncomfortably good.

Dude, you should have had a stronger warning on the “disturbing” pic. That has scarred me for life.
Agreed on the disturbing pic. I wasn’t expecting to see Rod’s mustache.
This is true. While highly unorthodox in nature and whereabouts, this is a glaring ommission from the top 15 mustaches in rock history http://www.hearya.com/2006/12/29/top-15-mustaches-in-rock-history/. In other news, that hogan takes a sharp right at the bottom of his pelvic bone.
Guys, you rave on about the mustache but you don’t mention the HAIR??! LOL!!
The hair is sassy, Voice of Reason. I belive mulletsgalore.com would classify that as a “Camaro Mullet”.
