Is there an estimated release date for the new album? I've listened to the debut album almost nonstop since I first bought it.

[...] The Buffalo Killers have been a favorite of ours for quite some time. Their spankin’ new single is a cover of British cult band, Rockin’ Horse, called “Don’t You Ever Think I Cry?” It’s quite good. Here’s the link to our live session with the Buffalo Killers. [...]

[...] Once again, I feel the need to thank HearYa Sessions producer, Shirk. That has been a common thread among recent articles here. With all the help he has been giving us with the indie music sessions, his musical suggestions have been lost amid the shuffle. A few weeks ago, at the Buffalo Killers session, he and I killed time by swapping music from our iPods before their arrival. This discussion also spawned the idea for the recent Illinois Session. Good things come in bunches, I suppose. [...]

River Water makes me feel like I'm back in time, driving around in Dazed and Confused with a paddle in my hand. Lovin it.

Woody, thanks for the kind words. That was a fun session. Working on the Illinois stuff...should be ready soon. We gotta get you down to a session soon. Last time I saw you we were both in shambles, leaving sxsw. We have The Morning Pages confirmed for later in June...hope you can make it. Have a great weekend.

I had the pleasure of attending this session, and these guys are real cool. Joey absolutely shreds the drums and the whole band is fun to watch (and hear). Looking forward to hearing what they record in Akron with Dan Auerbach. Zach said they've got a bunch of new tracks they're ready to record and putting the finishing touches on the remaining songs for the album.
